This is a full-time, in-house position joining our incredibly passionate and dedicated team in our North London Studio.


Your role will be to create beautiful artwork aligned with our brand aesthetic and you should be brimming with ideas. You’ll be involved in projects from start to finish, from concept to completion bringing research and ideas for new products, creating compelling CAD presentations & applying high res design into product cutter guides. This role is suited to someone with strong creative flair and a fastidious nature, who is hardworking, passionate & wanting to take the next leap in their career.


Responsibilities

  • Create beautiful new designs which fit within our brand aesthetic. Be able to demonstrate excellent sensitivity with composition, layout and distinctive use of colour.
  • Creating print-ready artwork - applying existing designs to product cutter guides across multiple categories from stationery & greeting cards to tableware, fashion, bedding and cushions.
  • Formatting files ready for production. Ensuring artwork is accurate and consistent. Separation of process plates and a good understanding of CMYK and Pantones.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a focus on creating quality and premium products. Critiquing product development samples, providing written feedback to send to the factories for improvements.
  • Help manage workflow within the Creative team


Skills

  • Project management skills - ability to prioritise & multi-task numerous projects, managing tight deadlines efficiently.
  • Excellent creative judgement with an natural eye for good design, composition, layout and sensitivity to colour.
  • Excellent technical experience & advanced skills in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Experience of creating pattern repeats also essential.
  • A team-player willing to ‘muck-in’ & work collaboratively as part of our friendly, hard-working and dedicated team
