Recruitment Coordinator - Lancashire
We have an exciting opportunity available for a Recruitment Coordinator within the Education Sector. Salary c.£30k with great benefits, free car parking, enhanced leave allowance, competitive pension scheme, agile working opportunities.
Role Recruitment Coordinator
- Develop and run effective recruitment strategies to meet the staffing needs of the college.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings and sourcing candidates to interviewing and onboarding new hires.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Utilise various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and college career fairs, to identify potential candidates.
- Screen and evaluate applications to shortlist candidates for interviews.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, providing an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Monitor recruitment metrics and analyse data to identify areas for improvement and improve recruitment processes.
Skills and Experience Recruitment Coordinator
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in an educational or similar setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using ATS and other HR software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy environment.
- A proactive approach to recruitment.
