How will you make an impact in this role?

Enterprise Performance Channel Enablement (EPCE) team delivers, and scales advertising capabilities across the enterprise to maintain high-impact and personalised digital experiences, powered by data & analytics. EPCE plays a pivotal role in implementing best-in-class Marketing solutions to drive significant performance gains through key vendors and partnerships, whilst adapting to evolving geographical privacy and regulatory changes.

The Analyst will report into the Manager - Audience & Media Enablement, and the primary focus will be to deploy various future-facing AdTech initiatives, to support Product Acquisition and increase premiumisation across Prospect Card Members.

Principal accountabilities:

  • Assist in standing up future proofed international audience & media solutions, inclusive but not limited to a Customer Data Platform (CPD).
  • Oversee platform(s) governance, ensuring best practices managing usage, and facilitating a privacy first approach.
  • Provide hands on keyboard support for audience solutions, partnering across the organization to create and deploy audience segments.
  • Manage relationships and contracts for key international vendors
  • Facilitating cross-pollination of new capabilities across leading international markets, to help teams exceed their Acquisition targets.
  • Build robust testing plans to support a multi-year AdTech program to ensure marketing programs utilise best in class audience strategy, while testing into privacy-safe segments
  • Partner cross functionally to support tech deployment of select partners to unlock new and enriching use-cases across Paid Media.
Minimum Requirements/ Expertise:
  • Knowledge of digital media space and new future-facing industry updates
  • Experience of managing multi-year projects in a target driven environment, and deploying strategic plans by partnering with internal and external stakeholders in a matrix environment
  • Detail-oriented with solid organisational and time management skills, and track record of delivery against goals
  • Passion and willingness to champion digital marketing and share knowledge within a large organisation
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills including presenting to peers and senior management
