Here is an overview of the role and responsibilities:


Responsibilities:


  • Lead a Global RevOps function
  • Be the right hand to the CRO
  • Working with a Global GTM function (USA, EMEA, APAC)
  • 2 direct Sales Ops reports
  • Full ownership over process and systems
  • Sales Process & Methodology Management
  • Ownership of the sales tech stack - existing and identifying new tools
  • Working with marketing and the marketing tech stack to increase MQLs
  • CRM ownership and optimization
  • Forecasting and Pipeline Management
  • Data Management - reporting and analytics (building of BI dashboards)
  • Working with regional leaders to build out sales playbooks
  • Operational Rythm - build out GTM operational cadence


Package:


  • Circa £100,000 base salary + 20% bonus
  • This is a hybrid role, with a 3 days a week in-office policy
