Building Services Manager

My client are a reputable main contractor that work on high rise residential projects across the North West. Due to company growth they are now looking for a Building Services Manager to work closely with the preconstruction and delivery teams.

Ideal candidate:

  • Happy to travel across the North West.
  • Solid experience working on the preconstruction and delivery phase of a project.
  • All round knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
  • Up to date knowledge of building regulations.

  • Passionate and proactive.


Duties will include:

  • Working in the preconstruction stage assisting with the design, scope and technical solution.
  • Supporting the delivery team with the planning and coordination of a project.
  • Working closely with the supply chain to ensure projects are being delivered effectively.
  • At times working site based supporting teams on challenging projects.
