You will join the people team supporting the business across the Group (UK & I, Germany & Italy) on delivering critical change initiatives.

What you’ll do:

  • Work alongside the People Partners and People Consultants, supporting on the delivery of the critical change initiatives which drive business strategy
  • Support people change projects and solutions to enable business outcomes
  • Ensure the effective application of People procedures and policies, providing guidance for the business, to ensure there is integrity in all our people decisions
  • Coordination and management of all aspects of the people change delivery plan, working closely with business leads and People Consultants to prioritise and organize activity
  • Work in the People Change delivery team to deliver a programme of work across the Group, working closely with the People Coordination, Legal, HR Tech and Recruitment teams.

What you’ll bring:

  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • A good understanding of change management principles, techniques and tools

The ability to organise and prioritise your time and manage multiple workstreams across a large and complex change initiative

Strong experience of working with stakeholders with a pragmatic and solution orientated style.

A good knowledge of legislation and requirements where it relates to people change activity, including restructures, consultation, etc.



  • A broad understanding of different aspects of HR including a strong understanding of People policies and processes
  • Demonstrable experience managing competing priorities
  • The ability to work both alone and collaboratively, working closely with the People team and more broadly across Sky.
