Role Summary:

The Recruitment Administrator will work closely with and support the Recruitment and Operations teams


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create company CVs for offshore crew
  • Management of candidate database; inputting data, checking certification, maintaining availability
  • Timesheet and expenses processing for offshore crew
  • Manage Operations mailbox
  • Onboarding support for offshore crew
  • Support with setting up DRIFT training courses

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office packages; Word, Excel, Outlook etc.


Work Environment:

This is a full-time, office-based role. Flexibility in working hours may be required, due to clients operating in different time zones
