Do you have business development or lead generation experience? Are you looking to break into high end software sales? If you have the energy, drive and desire to succeed along with the professionalism to excel then we want to talk to you


This is an opportunity to join a specialist software company who are global leaders in their sector and are poised for exponential growth with the launch of major new initiatives. You don't have to have a background in software sales (it might help) but will need to demonstrate a track record of sales success. The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. You should be confident with building new client relationships and possess good negotiation skills.


Your initial task will be to qualify both marketing and self sourced business to business leads with an expectation that you will evolve to manage the full sales cycle up to deal closure. You will receive full training and support to achieve your targets within an existing successful sales team.



Responsibilities:

  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Engage with potential clients through targeted outreach and digital channels
  • Identify and develop new strategic accounts in line with Sales ICP
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
  • Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and Sales

  • Proven work experience in Business Development
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas


In return you will receive a strong £Basic + Commission package. The role will initially be office based but will evolve to be hybrid as your capability and responsibility grow.
