We are looking for a passionate and organised Business Support Co-Ordinator to join our growing team at Apprentify. You will be providing administrative support to the Business across different operational departments.

Main Responsibilities
- Providing support to Coaches, Trainers and Management Team.
- Report progress of apprentices using the Bud RAG report system.
- Support the delivery Team to mark E-learning activities on BUD and provide feedback to learners within agreed SLA.
- Escalate any issues related to BUD marking to Development Coaches to ensure they are informed and involved in the apprentice’s learning journey.
- Develop an understanding of Apprenticeship funding mechanisms with related processes and procedures
- Keep up-to-date with legislation changes and requirements from Awarding Organisations, Skills Funding Agency, National Apprenticeship Service.
- Schedule virtual classroom sessions using scheduling platform.
- Maintain learner information on E-learning platforms.
- Monitor apprentice attendance, engagement, and quality of in learning evidence, and update coaches where appropriate.
- Work closely with the Additional Learning Support Team to monitor learners requiring review are captured.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement by providing feedback and suggestions.
- Attend relevant training workshops to stay up-to-date on apprenticeship standards, regulations, and best practices.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working within apprenticeships or similar education setting.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
