Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Director to spearhead our Playbook Engineering initiatives within the gambling and gaming sector. Reporting into the Global Director of Operations this role demands exceptional relationship management skills, as you will work closely with partners and suppliers to ensure seamless collaboration and project execution. The ideal candidate will excel in client reltionshiop management and demonstrate excellent timekeeping and organisation, as they will own the contact strategy and managing all lines of communication both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with partners, suppliers, and stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for all account-related inquiries.
  • Contact Strategy Ownership: Develop, implement and lead a comprehensive contact strategy that fosters positive effective communication and collaboration across all teams and external partners including leading monthly and quarterly business reviews with all partners
  • Communication Management: Own and oversee all lines of communication, ensuring clarity, transparency, and alignment between internal teams and external partners.
  • Internal Roadmap Gatekeeping: Serve as the gatekeeper for the internal roadmap, ensuring that project timelines, deliverables, and resources are effectively managed and communicated.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate project initiatives, working closely with engineering and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
  • Market Analysis : Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes in the Gambling and Gaming sectorto provide informed advice to clients.
  • Compliance Management : Ensure that all activities comply with regulations and industry standards, particulary given the heavily regulated nature of the sector.
  • Financial Oversight : Manage account budgets, forecasts, financial performance ensuiring profitability whilst identifying opportunities to upsell.
  • Time Management & Organization: Employ excellent timekeeping and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, ensuring the smooth progression of projects.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on project progress, identifying potential challenges and implementing solutions proactively.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure alignment with overall business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Ideally a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • 2/3 years of experience in account management or an alternative senior position, preferably in the gambling and gaming sector.
  • Proven track record of successful relationship management and collaboration with partners and suppliers.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and people simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency both externally and internally.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
  • A proactive, positive problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to ever changing circumstances.
