As part of our growth and development we seek a Business Development and Administration Assistant to work closely with the senior leadership team to develop external partnerships and support our growth and development.
The role is available part-time (20 hours per week) initially for a period of six months. The work is predominantly remote with regular face to face team meetings:
Key areas of the role include:
Business Development
· Assist in researching and identifying potential business partners
· Conduct market research to gather meaningful industry information.
· Produce high quality marketing communications to be used across a variety of professional platforms.
· Produce client packs and business information.
· Build and maintain candidate and client CRM systems.
· Collaborate with the team to create and implement business development plans.
Administration
· Team administration including organising internal meetings and associated arrangements.
· Overseeing company mailboxes and enquiries.
· Creating company documents
Role requirements:
Essential
· Strong IT skills including Excel, PowerPoint and ideally CRM
· Ability to create marketing / social media content.
· Strong communication skills
Desirable
· Previous experience within financial services or supported the financial services industry. – FS experience highly desirable.
· Business development / business development research experience.
