Run a Stonegate Pub

The Longe Arms is located at the edge of the large village of Spixworth, approximately six miles north of Norwich. The pub is situated on a busy T-junction so has the advantage of destination traffic as well as local custom. This traditional community pub offers a beautifully presented central bar which serves the spacious open plan trading area. To one side is the pool table, dart board and games machine, and to the other is the cosy lounge room. It is part tiled and carpeted throughout and the seating provides easy access to the large enclosed, family-friendly rear garden. It is decorated to a modern standard with a traditional touch, the long-panelled windows create a bright and airy ambience. In addition, the trade kitchen has been extensively improved and is now suitable to cater for a range of dishes. To the rear there is an extensive beer garden comprising a spacious lawn, patio and covered area with a children's play area available to attract more families to the pub. The private consists of two-bedrooms, a lounge and a kitchen, all in good decorative.
Regional Manager's Thoughts
The Longe Arms has excellent relationships and a very strong following from the community of Spixworth. We are looking for an experienced publican who has excellent customer service skills and fresh ideas to build upon the existing trade. We want to reignite the opportunity for good quality food trade, making Longe Arms the go to pub for food and drinks. Due to the fantastic beer garden on offer, there is great prospect to focus on external events and encourage a calendar of entertainment for customers particularly during the summer months.

The pub is situated on the edge of the large affluent village of Spixworth close to the B1150 road, just outside Norwich city centre. Located on a T-junction with surroundings of residential housing the pub benefits from both destination traffic but footfall from local customers. There are a variety of local amenities within a short distance of the pub including restaurants, supermarkets and local schools.
