Marketing Manager – Active Ingredient Skincare

About the Role: As the Marketing Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our mission to educate and engage consumers about the benefits of active ingredients in skincare. Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that highlight the effectiveness of our active ingredient formulations, driving brand awareness and sales growth.
  • Consumer Engagement: Create educational content and campaigns that inform consumers about the science behind active ingredients and their benefits for skin health, positioning the brand as a trusted authority in skincare.
  • Digital & Social Media Marketing: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, and content creation, to cultivate an engaged online community and promote product launches.
  • Collaborations & Partnerships: Establish relationships with skincare professionals, influencers, and industry experts to enhance brand credibility and expand reach.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitor strategies, using insights to refine marketing approaches and drive innovation.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, leveraging data to optimize strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives.



What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience: A strong background in marketing within the skincare or beauty industry, preferably with a focus on active ingredients or scientific formulations.
  • Passion for Skincare: A deep understanding of skincare products and active ingredients, along with a genuine passion for helping consumers achieve their skincare goals.
  • Creativity & Innovation: Proven ability to create compelling marketing campaigns that engage and inspire audiences, showcasing the effectiveness of active ingredients.
  • Digital Expertise: Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, social media management, and content creation, with a track record of driving successful campaigns.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to inform marketing strategies.
