Are you passionate about content creation and eager to kickstart your marketing career? We're on the hunt for a Marketing & Content Assistant to join the team team at Partou UK This is your chance to help shape and deliver our marketing plans and make a real impact.

As a Marketing & Content Assistant, you'll work closely with our marketing team, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing. You'll be responsible for creating, managing, and distributing content across various channels to support our marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Channel Management: Maintain our digital, offline, and social media platforms.
  • Content Creation: Craft high-quality blogs, articles, social media posts, and website copy.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams and external agency contacts.
  • Content Management: Gather information and assets to produce accurate and engaging content.
  • Marketing Execution: Assist in planning and delivering integrated marketing communications.
  • Calendar Management: Help manage the content calendar to ensure timely delivery and publication.
  • Brand Adherence: Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and is optimized for SEO.
  • Social Media Engagement: Create, schedule, and post content. Monitor and respond to engagement on our social media accounts.
  • Editing and Proofreading: Ensure all content is error-free and of high quality.
  • Content Library: Organize and maintain our library of images, videos, and other multimedia assets.
  • Campaign Support: Assist in the planning and execution of content marketing campaigns.
  • Performance Tracking: Use analytics tools to track and analyze content performance.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor content.

Success in this role means producing content that is consistently on-brand, accurate, and engaging, with all pieces approved by relevant stakeholders. You'll follow best practices for SEO and audience engagement, ensuring content is both well-structured and targeted. Managing a well-organized content calendar will be key to meeting deadlines, while fact-checking and using credible sources will underpin the reliability of your work. Your content will resonate with our audience, maintain a consistent brand voice, and be free from errors thanks to thorough editing and proofreading. Effective distribution across multiple channels and a strategic approach to repurposing content will maximize reach and impact. Finally, you'll understand and utilize performance insights to continuously improve our content strategies.

Skills and Experience:

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Organization: Strong time management and prioritisation abilities.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Marketing Passion: Interest in marketing communications and the media.
  • Proactive Attitude: Self-starter with initiative and creativity.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, graphic design tools (e.g., Canva), CMS, and social media platforms.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks.
  • Education: GCSE grades 9-4 (A*-C) in English and Maths. Minimum of 3 A levels or equivalent is preferred.
