My client is a restaurant / QSR / hospitality business with HQ in Surrey (20 mins from Waterloo) and are looking for a MAT COVER (12 months) to start in August. They are seeking someone with a background in hospitality, QSR, Restaurants etc - ideally you will understand all about driving customers through the door of the business for purchase, rather than just e-commerce retail and brand management.
This individual will be responsible for developing brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations to drive growth. They should feel comfortable working cross-functionally to execute these strategies and ensure brand consistency.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure consistency in brand-related decisions
- Analyze and report on brand performance to determine ROI
- Monitor market and consumer trends
- Develop pricing and distribution strategies
- Support in the launches of new store openings
- Working with menu planning, launch events, tone of voice, ensuring everything is on point with brand values
- Working alongside the media to help promote the business externally
- Agency management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing
- 5+ years' brand management or marketing experience within a similar business and industry
- Must be able to travel to Surrey 2 x days per week ideally and also to visit the stores - a driving license is not essential but it will make it easier
