Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in sales, with a passion for technology and a strong desire to learn and grow in the financial technology sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential customers through phone calls, emails, and social media.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies.
- Research and gather information on target accounts to personalize outreach efforts.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and product demonstrations for senior sales representatives.
