Job Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for technical insights at research centre, conducting regular technical research, and obtaining information on the latest technology, both domestically and internationally;
  2. Assess the potential applications and value scenarios of cutting-edge technologies, closely communicate with various business teams, participate in planning the pre-research directions for next-generation technologies, and implement feedback from technical insights
  3. Responsible for producing insight reports, quickly compiling key technical points and value clues into report documents, and organizing internal technical sharing sessions;
  4. Research and analyze the latest trends in technology, with a focus on knowledge graphs, large language models, and natural language processing;
  5. Produce high-quality technical insight reports, offering in-depth analysis and perspectives;
  6. Create presentations for both internal and external technical briefings.


Skill Requirements

  1. Frontier Recognition Skills: Maintain sensitivity to top-tier cutting-edge technologies in the industry, with the ability to quickly understand, track, and summarize technology trends, particularly with a basic understanding of large language models, natural language processing, Agent, and RAG;
  2. Technical Insight Ability: Possess strong technical and industry insight capabilities, able to identify potential commercial applications of technologies, evaluate the value-added capability of technology for business, and provide directional support for the long-term development of technical projects;
  3. Written Communication Skills: Have excellent bilingual writing skills (Chinese and English), report design, and presentation skills, able to write technical insight reports in a clear, concise, and logically rigorous manner to explain complex technical concepts;
  4. Communication and Collaboration Skills: Be able to closely collaborate with technical experts and business teams, understand business needs from a technical perspective, and have strong feedback reception abilities;
  5. Strong analytical and writing skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible content;
  6. Proficiency in presentation software, capable of producing high-quality slides.


Mandatory Qualifications

  1. A background in computer science, engineering, or AI;
  2. Experienced in technical projects or project development;
  3. Familiarity with Office software;
  4. Able to speak Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
