Currently recruiting for a top 100 international law firm looking to recruit a solicitor for a 3-6 month contract to undertake contentious work in their private client team.

Well known for dealing with high-net-worth clients and with an impressive history of handling high profile matters, this team is a go to when the trusts or wills and estates are questioned or disputed. They also advise on tax litigation or where the Trustees or Executors have their decisions under scrutiny.

The team has grown considerably over the last five years, and they need an interim solicitor with experience of private client litigation to assist with more complex matters and have oversight of more junior staff. As well as being involved with current disputes, the role will also involve supporting the advisory team with risk mitigation. The client base consists of wealthy individuals, families, estates and corporate entities.

The need for an interim locum lawyer has arisen due to an increased workload and wanting to offer support over the upcoming holidays. Candidates need to be England & Wales qualified or ILEX and have specific experience in contentious private client matters. Whilst there is a preference for hybrid working due to the supervision element of the role, remote working applicants will also be considered.
