An outstanding secondary school in Hounslow is seeking an Academic Coach to start in January 2025. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain classroom experience and make a real difference in students’ lives.

Academic Coach – Benefits:
  • Permanent PAYE contract with a competitive daily rate of £96–£105.
  • Work alongside inspiring educators in your subject area (e.g., English, STEM, or Humanities).
  • Provide one-to-one and small group academic coaching for Key Stage 3 and 4 students.
  • Build critical classroom experience in a dynamic and high-achieving Hounslow school.

Academic Coach – Responsibilities:
  • Deliver targeted academic support to students, helping them unlock their full potential.
  • Assist teachers in lesson planning, classroom innovation, and resource creation.
  • Mentor and guide students of varying abilities, ensuring steady progress and confidence-building.
  • Foster a collaborative, aspirational, and inclusive learning environment.

Academic Coach – Requirements:
  • A recent graduate from a top 10 UK university with a degree in a relevant subject (Minimum 2:1).
  • A passion for education and an ambition to drive positive student outcomes.
    Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Previous experience working with young people or in an educational setting is a plus but not essential.
