What you’ll do as Technical Product Manager (FPSM) in the Pulse team…


This is an opportunity to join Oddschecker’s growing engineering team. The role will be working within our Pulse team, leading the product direction and capabilities that exist within that team. You will be working with an engineering team and multiple stakeholders both internal and external ensuring that we are maximising our potential. The Pulse team is responsible for advertising and partnerships products that power our global FairPlay spots media network. These platforms power all our of websites and partnerships which reach 10s of millions users per month


Your key responsibilities will include…


  • Product Strategy & Roadmap:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, marketing) to define the product vision and roadmap for the AdTech platform.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities for product differentiation.
  • Translate business goals into clear, actionable product requirements and user stories.
  • Prioritize features based on user needs, business impact, and technical feasibility.
  • Manage the product backlog and ensure it aligns with the overall product strategy.


  • Technical Expertise:
  • Possess a deep understanding of the AdTech landscape, including programmatic advertising, demand-side platforms (DSPs), supply-side platforms (SSPs), ad exchanges, and real-time bidding (RTB).
  • Stay current on the latest ad-tech trends and technologies, including programmatic solutions, header bidding, and data management platforms (DMPs).
  • Work closely with engineering teams to understand technical feasibility and translate product requirements into actionable engineering tasks.
  • Identify and champion opportunities to leverage new technologies to improve platform performance and functionality.


  • Communication & Collaboration:
  • Effectively communicate product vision, roadmap, and priorities to all stakeholders, including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless product development and launch.
  • Gather and analyze user feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform future product iterations.
  • Manage external vendor relationships and ensure successful integration with third-party platforms.


  • Metrics & Analytics:
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the AdTech platform.
  • Analyze user data and platform usage to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
  • Work with data analysts to translate insights into actionable product decisions.
  • Continuously iterate and refine the platform based on data-driven insights.


We need someone who has knowledge of the following…


  • 5+ years of experience in a product ownership or product management role within the AdTech industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing ad-tech products.
  • In-depth understanding of the ad-tech ecosystem, including programmatic advertising, demand-side platforms (DSPs), supply-side platforms (SSPs), and ad exchanges.
  • Strong technical knowledge of ad serving, real-time bidding (RTB), and ad analytics.
  • Strong technical background with experience working with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in defining and tracking product KPIs.
  • Experience in user research and ability to translate user feedback into actionable product roadmaps.


Desired:

  • Experience with API development and integration.
  • Experience working with cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience in managing external vendor relationships (optional, but a plus).
