Fame Recruitment are working on behalf of a leading Asset Management firm based in London's West End who are recruiting for an experienced Personal Assistant to support their dynamic and entrepreneurial CEO.
This is a lovely opportunity for a Personal Assistant seeking a position within a highly regarded company who really value their staff. Benefits include private medical care, life assurance income protection, company pension scheme and generous holidays.
Duties will include:
• Acting as the gatekeeper for the MD
• Full diary management including liaison with other EA’s both internally and externally
• Coordination of complex, international travel requirements including accommodation, transport and logistics
• Producing reports and documentation using Word document, Excel and PowerPoint
• Coordinating quarterly board meetings; putting together board packs and collating and processing reports
• Coordination of client contract signing and mailing
• Liaising with various charities & trusts
• Conduit between the MD and his network of contacts
Candidates applying should have previous PA experience within a corporate company, possess strong IT skills and be a team player.
