WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • 2 years + experience in a similar high-end venue
  • Spotless communication skills
  • Ability to handle complaints, to turn into compliments
  • Practiced knowledge of classic cocktails, of spirits, of wines and beers; of their history and twists
  • Aptitude for exploring guests' flavors of choice and showcasing mixing techniques
  • Familiarity with stock management, ordering and cocktails creation.
