I’m on the lookout for a VP of Engineering to join a leading FinTech company known for its innovative solutions in financial digitalisation and subscription management. Their mission is to revolutionise the industry with cutting-edge technology that boosts efficiency, security, and customer experience. With a strong global presence, they’ve partnered with top organisations and continuously push the boundaries of what's possible in FinTech.



They’re looking for a visionary VP of Engineering to lead their talented team on their most successful product. You will be instrumental in shaping their technology strategy, driving product development, and fostering a culture of excellence within the engineering department.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the development and delivery of a key finance solution.
  • Provide strategic leadership to a team of around 75 engineers.
  • Drive innovation and ensure the product meets market needs.
  • Collaborate with other VPs and report directly to the CTO.
  • Maintain high standards of software quality within the team.
