We are seeking a talented Data & Tech Lead to join our global team and play a pivotal role in shaping our data strategy and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Requirements & Solutions: Gather and understand business requirements, developing innovative solutions to manage and enhance data visibility.
  • Technical Systems Development: Translate business needs into technical specifications, document requirements, and develop systems for reporting and analysis.
  • Data Integration & Analysis: Integrate and analyze data from various sources to support business objectives and decision-making processes.
  • Training & Documentation: Create and maintain process documentation and training materials for end users.
  • Reporting & Opportunities: Identify opportunities for new reporting capabilities to align with client objectives and improve overall data management.

Challenges & Opportunities:

  • Collaborate with the Wando D&I Team to customize standard reports.
  • Maintain and develop SharePoint lists, workflows, and bespoke PowerBI reports.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring seamless operations for end users.

What We're Looking For:

  • Language Proficiency: Excellent oral and written English skills are essential.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations to derive meaningful insights from data.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in data models and Business Intelligence tools like Power BI.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Expertise in analyzing complex data to support informed decision-making.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and manage complex projects.
  • Relevant Experience: Proven experience in a similar role focusing on data manipulation, analysis, and performance analytics.
  • Communication & Influence: Excellent communication, influencing, and facilitation skills.
  • Engagement: A track record of successfully engaging with experienced operators in a global, matrixed environment.
