A leader in the development and supply of advanced fuels and fuel technologies are seeking a Laboratory Technician who will play a critical role in supporting the daily operations of the laboratory.


Key Accountabilities – Laboratory Technician


+ Carry out and reporting analysis on fuel, components, pilots and water samples

+ Calibrating and Standardising laboratory equipment align with LQMS

+ Blending of a wide range of laboratory fuel blends and preparing additive solutions independently and consistently

+ Work closely with the Laboratory Supervisor to ensure highest level of quality is getting delivered

+ Supporting the Laboratory Quality Management System

+ Pro-Actively raise non-conformities, room for improvements or out of spec results

+ Creating MSDSs in accordance with legislation and in time to meet business needs if required

+ Managing all operational aspects of the ICPMS project as required


Skills and knowledge required – Laboratory Technician


+ Ideally a Degree in Chemistry (or equivalent)

+ Strong technical knowledge, communication and organisational skills
