We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant (EA/PA) to support the CEO of our fast-growing company. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional administrative skills and have experience working within smaller organisations. This role requires a flexible and energetic individual who can develop and solidify effective systems and processes while adapting to the evolving needs of the company.


Key Responsibilities:

  • The CEO’s complex calendar across multiple time zones, ensuring efficient time management and prioritisation of meetings and events for both personal and professional life.
  • Coordinate intricate travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, ensuring seamless and cost-effective travel plans.
  • Confidential documents with the utmost discretion.
  • File expenses accurately and promptly, ensuring all financial records are up-to-date and organised.
  • Private EA support as required, demonstrating flexibility to assist with personal tasks and other ad-hoc duties as needed.


Experience:

  • Experience as an EA/PA, ideally within a startup or small organization.
  • Organisational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Verbal and written communication skills, with a personable and professional demeanour suitable for interacting with key external stakeholders.
  • To develop and implement effective systems and processes, showing flexibility and energy in a dynamic work environment.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
  • A level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Previous experience working in a sales/recruitment environment is a plus.
