Key Responsibilities:


  • All aspects of employee management, development, and people performance
  • Strong operational mind-set with the ability to make short and long term business decisions

  • Minimising costs and optimising productivity
  • Management of company property, cost control and sales figures

Benefits:


  • £35,625 rising to £43,440 after 4 years
  • Flexible 40 or 45-hour contracts are on offer (including weekends). You’ll usually work over 5 days, but - if it helps - you can work a 40-hour contract over 4 days
