Postion: Chef de PartieFull Time: 48hrs per weekHourly Rate: £15.00 (Approx £37,440.00 per annum)DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist with food preparation.
  • Support the kitchen team by taking over a section.
  • Maintain a high level of food quality and production with the aim of exceeding our guests expectations.
  • Wrap unused items and store them in proper areas at the end of a shift.
  • Clean and sanitize the kitchen and its areas before the restaurant closes
  • Adhere to quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
  • Apply all Health & Safety and food quality regulations.
  • Communicate with the Head Chef when maintenance/repairs are needed for the kitchen equipment.
  • Stay up to date with culinary trends and kitchen processes.
  • Support the Head Chef in designing and creating dishes that fit the vibe and aesthetic of the restaurant.

ABOUT YOU

  • Experience in a similar role within a comparable venue.
  • Have a passion for Food & Beverage industry.
  • Be well spoken with excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to details and customer needs.
  • Social, engaging and motivated.
  • Flexibility to respond quickly and positively to a range of work situations.
  • Knowledge as well as abilities in other languages would be beneficial.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
