The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our industry leading Marketing function, for the position of Digital Design and Marketing Operations Assistant, supporting the next phase of Cyberfort’s growth. You’ll be joining a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning with expert peers in Marketing Operations, and both Digital and Graphic design. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) this position would suit a committed and creative designer who will be responsible for creating a range of customer facing documents, videos and social media content which will position Cyberfort’s Business Services to potential buyers. The documents, videos and social media to be designed will include whitepapers, sales brochures, service description sheets, short articles, social media posts, videos and presentations. Additionally, part of the role will involve undertaking Marketing Operations tasks including updates to the company website, creating email campaign templates and using the company CRM to create reports for the CMO and CRO.


As an excellent Digital/Graphic designer who understands how to create engaging and educational content you’ll work with the CMO to ensure documents, videos and social media posts produced are easy to read, can be understood by a range of senior business buyers and position Cyberfort as a market leader in Cyber Security. Your knowledge of design, video and social media will ensure Cyberfort has a distinctive and differentiated presence in the competitive UK Cyber Security market.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Work with the CMO to ensure that documents, videos, social media posts and presentations are designed which differentiate Cyberfort in the Cyber Security market and convey complex messages in a way which is easily understood by a range of business buyers of cyber security services.
  • Be responsible for creating a range of document, email, social media and video templates which can be used by different areas of the business in front of customer decision makers.
  • Review the company CRM to create reports on Marketing and Sales campaigns so the CMO and CRO can review the success of different campaigns.
  • Support internal teams with design requirements for internal communications.
  • Ensure campaign assets are designed and delivered on time and that they meet company brand guidelines.
  • Regularly keep up to date with changes in design trends and make recommendations to the CMO.
  • Make changes to the company website and regularly upload content when it is ready.
  • Ensure social media posts are created to a high standard and report on engagement with the posts back to the CMO.
  • Work with Sales teams on key customer presentations so they are designed to a high standard.


About You:

  • Experienced in creating a range of documents in Adobe Indesign.
  • Highly proficient in Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Understand how to create engaging Social Media posts on key channels such as Linked In and Twitter.
  • Able to regularly upload content and make changes to a Wordpress website.
  • Have the ability to create email campaigns in a mass email production tool such as Active Campaign or Mailchimp for example.
  • Have experience of working with a CRM system and be willing to learn how to create different sales and marketing campaign reports.
  • Have experience of working in a complex B2B environment. Technology market experience is highly desired.
  • Be motivated and able to work effectively in a remote working environment. You should be able to effectively manage your day to day workload and be able to prioritise tasks based on their urgency/importance.
