Key Responsibilities:


  • Promote Innovation: Present and promote our world-class products and systems through social media, customer interactions, presentations, and on-site demonstrations. You’ll lead the charge in revolutionizing how our industry approaches construction.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with internal teams, including R&D, Marketing, and Manufacturing, to ensure our products and training materials are industry-leading.
  • Lead Training Sessions: Conduct engaging product demonstrations, support trade events, and manage site compliance inspections, ensuring every session is impactful and educational.
  • Develop Training Programs: Create and deliver new CPD courses and training sessions that are both engaging and educational, tailored to meet the needs of contractors, architects, and more.
  • Manage Training Operations: Oversee training diaries, manage bookings, and ensure that all sessions meet our high standards and KPI targets.


Requirements:


  • Industry Experience: Solid background in the drywall or building industry is essential.
  • Training Qualifications: Qualified to Petals, AET, or equivalent level.
  • Full UK Driver’s License: Ability to travel throughout the North and beyond as needed.
  • IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and comfortable using social media for professional purposes.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage diaries and schedules efficiently.
