Responsibilities

  • Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) guidance on the functionality of Teamcenter/NX, working with the business to understand their requirements and translate these into technical requirements that can be delivered by the team.
  • Review and integrate all application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operations requirements.
  • Review and integrate technical architecture requirements.
  • Provide input into final decisions regarding hardware, network products, system software, and security.
  • Encourage teams in the implementation of the company/local procedures and systems of work to safeguard people, quality, security, and the environment, including compliance with the requirements of current legislation.
  • Ensure services are delivered to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and contracts.
  • Ensure license compliance against signed and agreed contracts and agreements.
  • Actively manage and deliver to an agreed budget of circa £3M.
  • Conduct monthly forecasting, reporting, and explanation of actuals.
  • Develop teams and individuals.
  • Ensure the safety of all staff within the functional area organization unit.
  • Take responsibility for the management and development of value-for-money services.
  • Oversee resourcing of the operational applications teams.
  • Fulfill any other reasonable duties aligned to your position from time to time in line with business needs, as required by the company.

  • Deliver objectives through the team, set individual objectives, and provide coaching, resources, and feedback to help employees meet these.
  • Ensure that account is taken of any relevant statutory or external regulations, standards, and codes of good practice.
  • Take accountability for the conduct of all relevant supply contracts.
  • Market the service and benefits and maintain a positive public relations profile with customers.
  • Provide high-quality representation and develop constructive relationships with senior management, external suppliers, competitors, and customers.
  • Receive overall direction from the Head of Enterprise Applications; however, a high degree of independent judgment and decision-making is required to achieve the stated objectives.
  • Be accountable for the application services budget including the provisioning of 3rd party support contracts.
  • Maintain and promote high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security, and quality, and be a great team player.

The Ideal candidate will have –

Detailed experience withing Siemens Teamcenter/NX Administration

Participation within 2/3 implementations of Teamcenter/NX

Led Teamcenter Implementations


This role will require clearance, the successful candidate will need to be clearable and happy to be cleared
