About the Role

This role will include supervising nd supporting our technical team, which will involve creating detailed show reports, stage plans, schedules for technical support team, to ensure smooth running of day/evening entertainments. As well as Running technical and dress rehearsals alongside the director.

Working with our amazing team you will liaise with all parties involved with the production and entertainment leadership team to deliver all our shows to the high Butlins standard.

Manual labor will be involved by Lifting and carrying equipment and sets (including the unloading and loading of vehicles) as well as acting as security personnel to safeguard equipment and performers. Through out your shift to be insuring the correct storage and regular maintenance of scenery and scenic properties, including implement health and safety procedures.
About You
We're looking for experience in the entertainments industry, with at least 2 years in stage manageemnt and leadership experience.

Do you have a wealth of knowledge in technical proedures and systems along with expereince in manageing a high perofrming team.

We're looking for a team member with excellent communication skills and a problem solving attitude, with an ability to work to deadlines. Who is an committed team player including being flexible, enthusiastic and passionate about delivering exceptional product and service
