Who are Sisua?
Sisua was founded to bring clients into the heart of how consulting is done. In 2018 we saw another way to serve our clients as true partners, to help them solve their most difficult challenges.
Our team has served dozens of clients from both the public and private sectors and through this experience we have come to understand that the most important success factor in all these engagements is our people.
We want you to feel different working with us than a typical consultancy and experience how this builds a new type of collaborative, entrepreneurial environment for you to grow within. As a relatively young and dynamic company, there really is no limit to the scale and breadth of areas you may choose to get involved in, as many of our first joiners can attest to.
On the client engagement side of things, we provide project, programme, and change leadership advising on and delivering complex transformation from setup, mobilisation and recovery. Whilst this is our core focus, we are also continuing to expand into Change Management and other areas and are keen to build our team to reflect that ambition.
