As an IT Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting our client's business operations, ensuring seamless IT services for all employees.


This position will be based in their head office in the bustling City of London.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily User Account Management: Efficiently manage user accounts, including onboarding new starters and offboarding leavers, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Equipment Procurement: Take charge of ordering necessary IT equipment to facilitate the needs of our growing team.
  • Asset Management: Maintain accurate records of IT assets and ensure their proper allocation and utilisation.
  • User Account Maintenance: Regularly update user accounts and permissions to reflect organisational changes and requirements.
  • IT Service Desk Support: Provide responsive and effective support to resolve IT issues across the business, demonstrating strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Administrative Assistance: Assist the IT Manager with administrative tasks as needed to ensure efficient departmental operations.
  • Timely Query Resolution: Address IT-related queries promptly and professionally, offering solutions to minimize disruption.
  • Office Setups and Moves: Offer hands-on support during office setups and relocations, ensuring IT infrastructure readiness.
  • Support for Business Expansion: Collaborate with regional teams to facilitate smooth IT integration when acquiring new businesses, ensuring a seamless transition for new team members.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in a corporate IT support role, using Microsoft Azure.
  • Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills.
  • Proactive attitude with a commitment to going above and beyond to assist others.
  • Exceptional organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in providing desktop support and troubleshooting various IT issues.
  • Ability to adapt and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of ITIL principles is a plus.
