As our Assistant Management Accountant, you will be responsible for supporting the regional finance team in maintaining accurate and timely information in our systems to ensure that the region can progress towards achieving its objectives.     • Posting and reconciling of bank accounts.
    • Producing and analysing monthly cost reports.
    • Recharge invoicing for Joint Ventures.
    • Updating of actuals for the weekly cash forecast to Group.
    • Regular chasing and reporting of outstanding debtors.
    • Balance sheet, cashbook & house sales reconciliations.
    • Assist in maintaining timely and accurate plot data on COINS.
    • Process sundry payments ensuring they have correct approval and cost coding
    • Raising month end journals as required and assisting with Management Accounts reconciliations
    • Support with collation of audit data requirements
    • Supporting the finance team as required.
