Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Crafting and Managing Carbon Credit Portfolios:
  • Develop, curate, and manage an eclectic portfolio of carbon credits aimed at maximizing profits and sustainability.
  • Perform market analyses with a Sherlock Holmes-level attention to detail, uncovering hidden opportunities in the carbon credit market.
  • Monitor portfolio performance with the vigilance of a hawk, making proactive adjustments to optimize returns and sustainability impact.
  • Take full ownership of the portfolio, driving results and confidently making impactful decisions.


  1. Deciphering Carbon Project Methodologies:
  • Dive deep into the world of afforestation, reforestation, and renewable energy projects, becoming our in-house guru on carbon project methodologies.
  • Evaluate and recommend the crème de la crème of carbon projects for tokenization, ensuring they meet our rigorous standards.
  • Collaborate with project developers like a maestro orchestrating a symphony, gathering all necessary documentation and validating project credentials.


  1. Tokenization of Carbon Projects:
  • Work hand-in-hand with our tech wizards to seamlessly tokenize selected carbon projects, making them accessible and appealing to our clients.
  • Stay on the cutting edge of web3 technologies, integrating the latest trends into our tokenization processes.
  • Ensure our tokenized projects sparkle in the marketplace, showcasing their unique value and impact.


  1. Engaging with Clients and Stakeholders:
  • Build and maintain relationships with the charisma of a seasoned diplomat, turning stakeholders into raving fans of our initiative.
  • Provide expert guidance and infectious enthusiasm to clients interested in purchasing carbon credits, making their experience unforgettable.
  • Represent the Wrapped Carbon Initiative at industry events, spreading our quirky and innovative vision far and wide.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in carbon credit markets, sustainability consulting, or a related field.
  • Deep understanding of carbon credit methodologies and project evaluation.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Based in London, UK.
  • Preferred: A savvy understanding of the web3 space and experience with blockchain technology.


Compensation:

  • Competitive total compensation from £70,000 to £120,000 GBP, depending on the quality and background of the applicant.
