Our services include energy audits and surveys, compliance and sustainability reporting, energy purchasing & brokering, training and advice, project management, and renewables. We are committed to reducing our client's carbon emissions and energy consumption and ensuring they are fully compliant with all environmental legislation.


Location and Working Arrangement:

This is a full-time position as an Energy Consultant based out of our office in Leeds. PASCHALi offers a mix of home and office working (hybrid working).


Role Description:

PASCHALi is seeking candidates who have already begun their career in energy or environmental consultancy to support our team of experts.

The Energy Consultant will work closely with our valued clients to help manage their energy and environmental legal and voluntary disclosure needs. This may include qualitative and quantitative research and analysis, energy auditing, technical report writing, modelling in MS Excel, and preparing presentations to clients. The role will also include some marketing, and office administration duties as you will be playing an active role in the development and growth of the business.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, able to prioritise work under pressure, complete tasks within deadlines, and able to manage multiple workstreams and activities across complex client portfolios.

We will train you in all aspects of our growing and specialist consultancy so long as you are willing to learn


Essential Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, renewable energy, or related field
  • Knowledge of ESG and/or carbon reporting schemes
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility
  • All applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK


Desirable Criteria:

  • Master’s degree in related fields preferred
  • Prior experience in sustainability or a related field (minimum of 1 to 2 years)
  • Previous experience with regulatory requirements, incentives, and policies related to energy and the environment (such as SECR, ESOS, PPN 06/21, CDP, TCFD, CSRD, GHG Reporting, and/or Global Carbon Footprinting) will allow you to hit the ground running
  • Proven record of presenting to or interacting with senior management is advantageous
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications are a plus
