The Opportunity

Finatal is collaborating with an innovative PE-backed SaaS company embarking on an ambitious buy-and-build strategy. As part of their growth plan, they have multiple deals in the pipeline and seek an expert to contribute to the business's long-term success.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement financial models to aid in business planning, strategic initiatives, and decision-making.
  • Partner with the CFO to provide insightful analysis of financial performance, pinpointing key trends and drivers.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports to the CFO and private equity stakeholders.
  • Work closely with external advisors on all aspects of due diligence. Assess financial statements, forecasts, and other critical financial metrics.


Requirements

  • Extensive experience in the SaaS industry is essential.
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling and analysis, with a focus on mergers & acquisitions (M&A).
  • Proficient in managing and interpreting FDD processes.
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent.
