Key Responsibilities


As a Lettings Valuer at Johns&Co, you will:


  • Arrange and carry out Market Appraisals.
  • Continuously source new business opportunities.
  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of the surrounding area, including schools, developments, and local amenities
  • Play a key role in helping to grow and maintain our managed portfolio.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and Lettings legislations.


Who We're Looking For


To excel in this role, you'll need:


  • Previous experience in client/landlord management.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the entire lettings process and current legislation
  • Knowledge of new builds and the completions process.
  • Confidence in independent work and innovative strategies for sourcing business.
  • ARLA Qualified (desirable)
  • Driving Licence (essential)
  • Strong negotiation abilities.
