About you
- You must have be passionate about people with the ability to add commercial value through engagement and authenticity
- We’re looking for someone that’s commercial & into the operational detail who can deliver the highest levels of guest service & standards through their relationships with their stakeholders
- You’ll be an inspirational leader who engages, empowers & adds real value in every conversation and touchpoint – Someone who can demonstrate they put the very best guest and service experience at the heart of everything they do
- Possessing excellent communication and commercial skills, you’ll be resilient & adaptable to change whilst thriving in a fast-paced QSR environment.
The role:
- Using your considerable operational experience, you’ll support your stakeholders to deliver excellence across their businesses - motivating, developing, and inspiring them to coach their team members to maximise their potential.
- You'll be given all the tools you need to help your stakeholders businesses thrive, whether you're suggesting new ideas or implementing better ways of working – You will be there for them every step of the way
- You’ll love to create fun, inclusive & supportive environment that rewards & recognise the effort, performance, and achievements of your stakeholders at every opportunity.
What you’ll need:
- Experience of driving success on a large scale at a multi-site level ideally from a QSR, retail or branded hospitality environment
- We're ideally looking for someone that has had experience of working with franchise partners
- Ability to embrace change, be reliant challenge others to improve and be ready to adapt plans to achieve results through influence & engagement.
- Strong commercial focus with delivery through people
- An outgoing, affable personality, with a clear focus on the customer journey and P&L Performance to achieve profit growth.
