About The Role

This role is for a Junior Project Manager to sit within our Creative Services team, supporting on a wide range of creative projects for some of the world’s leading brands and agencies.

The Junior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing projects relating to Ideation, Strategy, content amplification/re-imagination and copy development. Working closely with our clients and internal teams alike, strong communication skills are key.

You will also support with overseeing the creative team’s workload to ensure efficient resource management.



Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the smooth running of projects, within deadlines and budget
  • Create project quotations, briefs and timelines
  • Obtain detail & feedback in a timely manner, ensuring full communication back to the relevant creatives
  • Track the team’s workload and capacities to ensure the best suited resource is allocated to each project
  • Develop a good understanding of our clients and brands
  • Ensure all relevant stakeholders are fully aware of key status, timings and chase information in a timely manner
  • Provide input on improvements, processes and workflows.
  • Ability to manage projects throughout the business
  • Motivate and encourage the team so that together, we deliver above and beyond


Qualifications:

  • We are looking for someone who is passionate about Creative thinking and production, with confidence working on multiple tasks simultaneously within a fast-paced environment. You will be super organized with a high attention to detail along with the ability to adapt to day to day account requirements, taking on additional tasks where necessary.
  • 2 years+ experience within an agency environment
  • Ability to understand the project lifecycle, required touchpoints and workflow
  • Understanding of creative services and production
  • Exceptional verbal, written communication and presentation skills
  • Confident, client facing with excellent people skills
  • Fun, energetic and enthusiastic
  • Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once
  • Capable of gathering detail to form clear instructions for project requirements
  • Fluent in English(verbal and written)
