WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR …
We are searching for outstanding Sales Executive to join our bustling Sales and Revenue team.
You will have outstanding interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service. You will thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment whilst retaining a sense of calm under pressure. With a natural ability to build rapport and an excellent telephone manner, you will be confident explaining all product options within ICC Wales.
A positive outlook, a good eye for detail and being IT literate (Opera) is a must for this role. You will be a top multitasker with a sense of fun and professionalism in equal measure.
Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
WHAT YOU’LL DO …
As Sales Executive, your aim will be to convert the initial enquiries to confirmed revenue, promoting all facilities of ICC Wales in particular on the research of new clients in order to achieve the budget set for the event and contribute to the ICC Wales overall revenue and profit. You will professionally promote and sell ICC Wales at appointments, site visits and over the telephone.? You will engage in the entire sales process from research to bidding/tenders, proposal writing and contract issue.? You will implement and follow a sales strategy, using the systems and information available in order to achieve maximum rate, thus achieving budget. You will utilise exemplary sales techniques and guest service skills while having a fantastic eye for detail.
