Role Summary:
As Creative Director at COPA90, you'll craft groundbreaking campaigns that captivate global audiences and drive account growth. You will shape cutting-edge content across high-profile partner accounts, connecting clients and consumers through football culture and creativity.
Your primary mission is to fuel the retention and expansion of existing client partnerships through delivering best-in-class creative solutions for brands and partners who want more from football. You'll identify untapped opportunities, transforming them into compelling campaigns and experiences.
By seamlessly blending creative excellence with strategic insight, you'll spearhead campaigns that drive revenue growth and deepen client relationships. Your leadership will be pivotal in nurturing long-term partnerships, as you guide your team to deliver first-class creative from initial pitch through final execution elevating COPA90's creative output while propelling our clients' brands to new heights.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Storytelling:
- Design creative frameworks that celebrate football culture as a living, breathing narrative for us and our brand partners
- Develop platforms and initiatives that empower football creators and community voices
- Pioneer storytelling approaches that reflect the diverse, multifaceted nature of global football culture
- Develop creative tools and methodologies that capture the emotional and cultural depth of football experiences
- Create content strategies that go beyond traditional marketing, focusing on authentic community engagement
Creative Excellence:
- Set the standards of excellence across assigned accounts, pushing for the best creative solutions while ensuring all creative deliverables adhere to brand guidelines and exceed client expectations.
- Stay attuned to industry and consumer trends, championing the exploration and implementation of new tools and methodologies to deliver cutting-edge, audience-first creative experiences.
Revenue Growth and Creative Excellence:
- In collaboration with the Client Services team, monitor existing accounts closely, identifying new revenue growth opportunities through strategic analysis and creative ideation.
- Convert identified opportunities into tangible revenue growth by developing and executing innovative, tailored creative campaigns that exceed client expectations and drive business success.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients by understanding their evolving needs, and fostering transparent collaboration, leading to long-term partnerships.
- Present creative concepts exerting influence, incorporating feedback to nurture collaborative relationships and position the creative team as an essential partner in driving client success and growth.
Team Leadership and Talent Development:
- Take full accountability for the creative output across assigned accounts, providing guidance and constructive feedback to cultivate professional growth and development of high-performing creative teams.
- Foster a collaborative culture, working closely with cross-functional teams to optimise project success, integrate creative strategies with account objectives, and drive revenue growth.
- Identify and build relationships with emerging and established creative talent, curating a network of potential collaborators to enhance the quality and diversity of creative output.
