Sponsorship Sales Manager

Working across a portfolio of international industry-leading events, the Sponsorship Sales Manager consults with senior-level professionals who are representing solution providers of all sizes to provide them with the best opportunity to reach their business objectives. We are currently hiring for an experienced B2B salesperson to join the team of the client's most successful division.


The client provides a platform for solution providers in a variety of industries to generate pre-qualified leads via face-to-face interaction with potential clients, to be seen as thought-leaders in their respective industries, to capitalise on networking opportunities and to increase awareness of their brands and products in niche markets.


Using consultative sales methodologies to understand the challenges an organisation is facing and the objectives they aim to meet, the Sponsorship Sales Manager creates bespoke proposals for an organisation’s involvement as a sponsor of one or more of their leading B2B Exchange conferences.


This is a unique, invitation-only event driven by pre-scheduled business meetings between pre-qualified senior executives representing Fortune 1000 brands (delegates) and solution providers (sponsors). The company help end users obtain a shortlist of credible solution providers to work with to save them time and effort in their quest to source solutions for their business. The company help service and solution providers generate leads and build brand awareness in an effective and time efficient way.


Who are we looking for?

• Highly ambitious individuals who are keen to make a positive impact on their sales skills development and earning potential

• Candidates with 2-3 years of sales experience, ideally from technology, event or advertising sales

• An experienced new business hunter, who thrives off net new logo acquisition

• Experience within a business-to-business (B2B) sales environment

• A strong communicator with the ability to engage with senior-level decision makers

• Business acumen and a strong commercial awareness

• A thorough account manager who consistently goes above and beyond to deliver for their clients
