Robert Half is exclusively engaged with a large privately owned business as they look to find a new FP&A Analyst to join their team for an 18-month contract. The role will report to an established FP&A Director and will look to provide support to both the finance function and wider operational business.


Key responsibilities:

  • Assist with the monthly management reporting cycle.
  • Contribute to the forecast and budgeting process.
  • Help drive modernisation across the finance function and help create a standardised approach to financial reporting.
  • Develop group reporting processes, accounting policies and procedures, and fully document.
  • Ensure that all financial policies and procedures are consistent and aligned to both local and group statutory reporting requirements.
  • Support the wider accounting function, backfill any requirements regarding holidays, sick, travel, etc.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualified / part qualified ACCA/CIMA accountant with intent to continue and complete study.
  • Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
  • A strong level of ability with Microsoft 365, ERP and CPM tools.
  • Methodical and accurate approach to work
  • Ability to work in a team; and ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines


Salary and Benefits:

The role of FP&A Analyst is offered with a salary of up to £55,000 plus benefits and is offered with Hybrid working. (3 office days, 2 from home).
