About Your New Role: As our Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will:

  • Engage in full-lifecycle recruitment, managing processes from candidate sourcing to final placement.
  • Utilise your strong networking skills to build and maintain relationships with key industry professionals.
  • Craft innovative strategies to attract and retain top talent, Linkedin, Social Media and Advertising.
  • Ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process, providing an exceptional experience for candidates and clients.


We Need Someone Who:

  • Thrives in managing end-to-end recruitment processes with a track record in permanent placements.
  • Has experience in the construction capital equipment OR mining sector and proven ability to meet recruitment targets.
  • Possesses excellent communication skills, capable of forging strong relationships.
  • Is proactive, driven, and ready to embrace a straightforward, transparent work environment.
