Customer Services Administrator


Location: Kent

Salary: £26,000

Hours: Mon-Fri, 5 days on-site, 8am-5pm,


This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading suppliers in the FMCG industry as a Customer Services Administrator.


This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong customer service background, excellent administrative skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle general reception duties
  • Liaising with hauliers/transport companies and visitors.
  • Manage customer emails and enquiries efficiently.
  • Input a high volume of customer orders daily with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Support the Customer Services Manager with administrative tasks.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience as an Office Administrator or Customer Services Administrator.
  • Previous experience with data and sales order input.
  • Strong knowledge of office and administrative procedures and systems.
  • A welcoming, friendly, and professional attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, with a high level of English proficiency.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure in a high-volume task environment.
  • Some experience in reception duties is a plus.
  • High personal presentation standards.
