The Opportunity
The Senior Private Equity Solicitor will play a key role in providing high-quality, strategic advice to clients. This individual will manage complex transactions, lead client relationships, and contribute to the growth and success of the firm's private equity team in London. This position offers the opportunity to join a collaborative team and work on a diverse range of challenging projects with high-profile clients.

Key Responsibilities

Leading and managing private equity transactions, including M&A, management buyouts, and growth capital investments.
Providing sophisticated legal counsel and strategic advice across a range of sectors.
Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring an exceptional level of client service.
Mentoring and supporting junior team members, contributing to their development.
Collaborating with colleagues across departments to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
Actively contributing to business development and supporting the firm's growth strategy within the private equity market.
Key Requirements

Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with 6+ years of post-qualification experience in private equity, ideally from a leading law firm or in-house environment.
Proven expertise in complex private equity transactions, including fund structuring, buyouts, and portfolio management.
Ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships, with an established network in the private equity sector.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Commercial acumen and a focus on providing practical, client-centered advice.
Team-oriented mindset, with a commitment to mentoring and developing junior solicitors.
