As a Microsoft Power Apps Developer you will work closely with business teams to implement innovative solutions for their needs, advising and upskilling team members where possible. The role will require you to contribute to all stages of the product lifecycle, ensuring infrastructure solutions support product excellent. The software client uses agile methodologies and operate in a collaborative and fast paced environment. The team is global and varied so the client is looking for someone who enjoys working in a diverse team and can bring their own individuality to the organisation.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with members cross functionally across the business
  • Utilise Microsoft Power Apps
  • Develop automation scripts (e.g., using Python) to enhance product deployment and operational efficiency.
  • Partake in continuous learning, aiming to align infrastructure strategy with evolving product goals.
  • Collaborate closely with product management SME’s, aligning infrastructure design and optimisation with product roadmaps


Requirements

  • Deeply passionate about technology and product innovation, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Demonstrable experience in low code no code.
  • Professional approach with a strong work ethic.
  • Demonstrable critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent documentation skills, with the ability to create high quality process documentation and diagrams.
  • Proven capability of working in a remote team, making effective use of synchronous and asynchronous communication channels as appropriate.
  • Ability to problem solve around customer needs/challenges.
  • Ability to take the customer need and design an architecture and implementation plan associated with it.


Technical Requirements

  • Microsoft PowerApps (Microsoft Copilot Studio) — to create no-code solutions.
  • Office 365 Apps — including SharePoint, PowerBI etc. which we use for augmenting the products created for customers.
  • Python — for creating small lightweight solutions such as API integrations.
  • YAML — for GitHub pipelines.
  • Markdown — for GitHub Documentation.
  • Powershell — to enable the team to perform Infrastructure automation.


Desirable skills

  • Salesforce platform.
  • SQL/Sybase experience.
  • Microsoft 365.
  • PlanView AgilePlace.
  • SharePoint Online
  • IT infrastructure knowledge including networking (switches, routers), security (firewalls, Cisco ISE), server room management including physical aspects.
  • Basic understanding of data science.
