You will have the opportunity to lead on this agencies two main accounts, while playing a crucial part in their growth across the UK and particularly London.


About the Senior Account Manager


You will serve as a day to day contact for clients, playing a pivotal role in generating media results and providing strategic guidance, while also mentoring junior team members. The ideal candidate will thrive in a creative and fast paced environment, as well as be passionate about building meaningful relations, with both clients and media alike.


You will be an experienced communicator, with your experience ideally spanning both B2B & B2C across a number of different industries.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Act as first point of contact and trusted advisor to up to 4 key client accounts across the tech, finance, health and NFP sectors.
  • Executing all aspects of strategic media relations; leveraging existing relationships with reporters and outlets while proactively seeking out new publications for your client
  • Manage a small team of SAE's, AE's and interns, to ensure day to day operations run smoothly and results are delivered.
  • Works closely with the senior management team to support the drive for agency new business.

This is a truly exciting opportunity to join one of the countries leading purpose driven PR agencies, where you will need to be adaptable and comfortable working in a fast paced environment. This role will require you to create both traditional and out of the box concepts to connect clients with existing and new audiences, while collaborating internally with different divisions across the agency.


You will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as an entrepreneurial spirit and desire to be part of a high performing team.


Essential Skills and Competencies


  • 4 years+ PR agency experience, with strong expertise across both B2B & B2C communications (ideally in the tech, health, finance or NFP sectors)
  • Confident and strong communicator, who is comfortable at pitching and presenting to both media and clients
  • Ability to excel in a client facing, high-performing, fast paced environment
  • Established media relations with both top tier and trade publications
